We will contact you to discuss the terms of the deal and send you a sales contract and purchase agreement.
Payments are made through a secure third party processor for your safety and convenience.
At any time you can contact us and we will be happy to get back to you and discuss the purchase with you.
Are there any hidden fees when buying land from you?
NO!
Every ad should contain the discounted cash price, the monthly purchase price along with the number payments in months, a non-refundable documentation fee, pro-rated taxes, and a monthly note servicing fee.
If somethng is missing from the ad (we’re human and sometimes things get missed) contact us and we can let you know what should be there and make corrections.
